Refund Policy

To cancel your order you must notify us in writing by email to support@pixio.site.

Simply return your unwanted item within 30 days of receipt unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging. All returns must be accompanied by your dispatch confirmation email including your order reference number. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging.

Items should be returned to our warehouse with a carrier of your choice to:

We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility.

Once the item is received back to the warehouse it will be checked and granted it meets our return policy conditions we will then offer a refund or replacement for this item. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.

Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@pixio.site.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
